I'm Marwan Hussein, a passionate Software Engineer and Computer Science student at the Faculty of Computers and AI. I specialize in backend and web development using Python, Django, and database technologies.
I have hands-on experience with Django, Python, MySQL, and C#/ASP.NET, and I've built real-world projects including a task-worker matching desktop app and a school task assignment web application.
I'm driven by clean code, thoughtful design, and the satisfaction of building solutions that solve real problems. Currently seeking opportunities where I can grow and contribute to impactful projects.

Task Worker Matching
A desktop application that helps clients find and connect with suitable workers (e.g., plumbers, carpenters, electricians) for specific tasks. Includes user registration, task management, rating and feedback mechanisms, and matching logic. Implemented with a GUI using Qt C++ and backed by an SQL database.
School Task Assignment Site
A simple and user-friendly school task assignment web application where Admins can assign and manage tasks for Teachers, and Teachers can view, complete, and interact with assigned tasks. Built with Django and REST API.
